国家民航局对航空障碍灯的设置作了详细规定，现摘录重点如下：
1)在高层建筑物（如高层楼房、电厂烟囱、通讯铁塔或其他类似建筑物）的顶部必须设一个或几个航空障碍灯，以助航安全。 障碍灯必须安装建筑物顶端上1.2米～3米之间。
